Citywide Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. was established in 1994 and open for business Jan 1, 1995. A few months Later in 1995 Citywide Realty, Inc. was formed. Our vision was to be a full service agency that delivers diverse products and services to the public. Doug Clatterbuck and Steve Morris were the Stockholders. Doug Clatterbuck and Steve Morris had meet as co-workers at The Prudential Insurance Co. Of America. In 2000 McNeil, Perring, and Kudlak had made a decission to join forces with Citywide. Both agencies represented some of the same carriers as well as additional Carriers. After Steve Morris\\\' disability due to diabetes, Doug Clatterbuck became sole Stockholder in 2002. After severe flooding in 2004 and damage to our real estate office a decission was made to expand our operations to a Moundsville office and consolidate Real Estate and Insurance into each office. In 2004 Citywide opened an office in New Martinsville, WV simultaniously acquiring The Jerry Yost Agency of Paden City. Jan 1, 2010 Citywide expanded to Weirton, WV and placed an office on Main Street directly accross the street from the Barone Insurance agency whom Citywide had purchased their business.
